Service Description

Sessions Start Tuesday 10/7/2025 and continue through spring 2026 Dates and times vary each week but must be booked to attend training days no walk ins without prior notice so we can plan trainings. Location: Forest Lake High School / Middle School Pay as you go per session or buy a punch card and save money. Our skills sessions are designed for dedicated players looking to improve both skills and confidence. These fast-paced, high-energy workouts focus on game-speed repetitions, intense drills, and competitive scenarios to enhance your ball handling, shooting, attacking the rim, defense, footwork and basketball IQ. Athletes will have chances to apply their new skills against defense so they can build the confidence they need to use there skills in their next game! We offer sessions multiple times throughout the week for players in grades 3rd–5th. During the week, our skills sessions take place in Forest Lake Minnesota.
